Waitlist & Enrolment

You can waitlist your child from conception if you wish. We recommend that as soon as you’ve made a decision about your preferred childcare arrangements, that you waitlist as soon as possible. A non-refundable waiting list fee of $10 is payable in order to secure your child’s name on the waiting list.

WaitlistingTo waitlist your child, please download and complete the form  and either drop it into the centre or post it to:

P O Box 7169
Warringah Mall NSW 2100

If you wish to waitlist more than 1 child, please complete a form for each child.

We encourage you to come and view our Centre which is located in Brookvale on the Northern Beaches. If you call or email us, we will ensure there will be an Educator or Director to show you around and answer any questions you may have in regard to enrolment and the settling of your child in a new environment. If you wish to go ahead with enrolment and we have availability, we will email you an Enrolment Pack. You will be required to pay a bond of two weeks’ full fees to secure your place and this will be refunded when your child leaves the centre. We also require payment of the first two weeks’ fees in advance so we will be asking you for your Child Care Subsidy details so we can estimate your fortnightly fee.
We will ask you to come to the Centre before your child starts for Orientation with the Educators in your child’s room. On this visit, which lasts for about 1 hour, you can spend time informing the Educators of your child’s routine. We will require your completed Enrolment Pack including a copy of your child’s immunisation history and birth certificate. Once we have received the paperwork, the bond and first two weeks fees, your child will be enrolled at WMCCC and ready to start their exciting learning journey with us!
